Yamaha R6 Specs 2021
The latest Yamaha R6 variant has been officially introduced by Yamaha, the Yamaha sports motorbike that carries the full fairing concept is rumored to have entered the Thai market first.
For those of you who are not familiar with the Yamaha R6, this sports motorbike was first introduced in 1999 and until this article was written, this motorbike is still the main choice for the 600 cc class and has a long history and is a legend in the WorldSSP championship and other racing series.
In addition, the lightweight aluminum fuel tank, traction control, Nissin Brake System braking system is identical to that used on the Yamaha R1 with the Antilock Braking System (ABS) braking as a driving safety feature.
As a motorbike used in circuit racing, but still legal to use on everyday roads, of course the design specifications carried by the Yamaha R6 are aimed at racing that demands optimal aerodynamics.
The Yamaha R6 also adopts the Yamaha R1 fuel tank design which is made of aluminum which is smaller and lighter than the previous variant, and combined with the seat design, the rider has a deeper riding positing which can reduce wind resistance when driving at high speeds.
Reviewing about the engine, the Yamaha R6 carries a Liquid-Cooled, DOHC, 4 cylinder, 4 valve 600 cc engine which comes with a series of technologies and electronic systems that can maximize the performance of the engine.
Yamaha R6 instrument which is a combination of analog and digital which displays information such as shift light mode, fuel indicator, odometer, speedometer, Traction Control indicator and a choice of driving mode or D-Mode.
